Integration with Telegram

In addition to sending notifications, the developed Telegram bot is able to send messages from RuTerminal to Telegram and back, as well as manage negotiations: create new calls, complete and send them to the RuTerminal system archive. To create a call, just send a special command to the bot. After calling it, the request is broadcast to the terminal, and a new forum topic is created in Telegram, in which the correspondence of traders with counterparties will take place. Call logging is carried out in RuTerminal. In the future, the chat can be transferred to the platform archive, and it will be completely removed from Telegram.

Using the bot, RuTerminal users may not worry about missing important incoming calls and messages with offers of transactions from counterparties - all notifications about them generated on the platform are duplicated in Telegram.

According to the rules of business correspondence, and in order to secure both sides of the negotiations, the ability to correct or delete messages is disabled in the terminal. Therefore, if you change the message in the Telegram messenger, RuTerminal will still have its original version.

To start working with a bot, banks need to send a request for integration to SoftWell indicating trader accounts in Telegram and links to the channel or group in the messenger created by the bank. You will also need to enable the Themes function in the group settings.

Integration of the platform with Telegram expands the possibilities of organizing negotiations between market participants who need to be mobile and at the same time quickly respond to requests for transactions.

Duplication of notifications, messages and calls from the platform to the bot and back, as well as storage of data about them in the RuTerminal archive will protect traders from unscrupulous counterparties who, in regular correspondence in Telegram, can delete their messages in case of an unsuccessful transaction. In addition, those traders who are more comfortable working from a mobile device, and not at a computer, will not miss important calls. One of the main distinguishing features implemented in the updated version of the RuTerminal trading platform is the ability to choose a certain clearing organization when registering transactions for FX/FXSwap products. RuTerminal's direct integration with FX and FX Swap clearing companies will allow traders to reduce costs, reduce financial risks, and accelerate operations by reducing the number of remittances, replacing them with offsetting counter-liabilities. Additionally, you can specify the transaction registration date for FX/FXSwap products.

The next major innovation was the yield calculator, which was added to the FXSwap transaction form. It provides traders with a tool to pre-calculate the imputed yield based on the swap difference and, conversely, calculate the swap difference at the specified rates. At the same time, in the form of a transaction with interest rate swaps in two currencies (XCCY), the rate parameter began to be displayed next to the leading currency field.

RuTerminal has carried out in-depth refinement of its own widgets and integration with TradingView widgets.
