2020: Creation of the center of digital transformation of state institutions in Kazakhstan
In November, 2020 in Kazakhstan creation of the Center of engineering and digital transformation using which the government she intends to improve work of the state IT systems began.
In general on establishing order in information systems of state bodies we are going to create the Center of engineering and digital transformation. For today a large number of information systems function in state bodies. It is not good, not badly, it is just the fact. In 15 years we created many information systems, in principle it to us allowed to achieve certain success in the rating of the UN. In the rating of the UN on development of the electronic government we enter thirty today — the minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of Kazakhstan Bagdat Mussin said during the online briefing in Service of the central communications. |
According to him, some IT solutions became outdated, lost relevance, ceased to be used and conform to modern user requirements therefore it is necessary to carry out audit among such systems.
As note in the press service of the prime minister, the Center of reengineering and digital transformation will allow to register accurately business processes, to create modern and uniform IT architecture of state bodies.
Besides, the decision to strengthen a role of the Ministry of digital development, an innovation and the aerospace industry of Kazakhstan and Zerde holding was made to influence "the companies in state bodies which create these or those information systems", Mussin told.
According to indicators of the Index of Digital Implementation (IDI) in Kazakhstan and Russia the main driving force of digital transformation is the public sector, reports the Center of integration researches of Eurasian Development Bank.[1]
