City Hall of Magadan

The mayor's office of the city of Magadan is the executive and administrative body of local self-government of the municipality "City of Magadan," endowed with powers to resolve issues of local importance and powers to exercise certain state powers transferred to local self-government bodies of the city district by federal laws and laws of the Magadan region. The city mayor's office is headed by the mayor of Magadan on the principles of one-man command.
