History

2022: Attracting RUB 96.5 mln of investments

Russian clothing and footwear manufacturer Clan VI sold its stake for 96.5 million rubles, which the company announced at the end of September 2022. Two private investors have invested in the retailer (their names are not named), as well as Impact (formerly Impact Capital), which specializes in raising money from private investors in non-public companies. Clan VI will use the funds raised to develop production and open new stores.

Impact was the main investor in the funding round. As stated on the Impact website, it bills itself as "a technology investment company providing capital raising services, stock market analytics and giving investors access to exclusive transactions around the world."

Impact noted that the largest foreign players left the Russian clothing market. In this regard, the Clan VI clothing retailer opened up unique opportunities in terms of business development. To take advantage of them 100%, the company decided to attract investments.

By September 2022, Clan VI has two productions Novosibirsk To Moscow in and and five retail stores: in Moscow,,, and St. Petersburg. In Novosibirsk Kazan Krasnodar 2023, the company plans to open seven more stores and increase revenue to 600 million rubles from 155 million rubles in 2021. In January-June 2022, the company earned 100 million rubles.^[1]

2021: Bringing in $270,000 in investments

In July 2021, Clan VI has already raised $270 thousand from Impact and a private investor.
