2023: Merging the UIS and CoMagic brands under a common UIS brand name

In 2023, there was a merger of brands UIS and CoMagic under the common UIS brand name.

2013: CoMagic Platform Capabilities

CoMagic is a communication platform for the site with capabilities for analyzing site visitors and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. As a communication platform, CoMagic provides communication channels with visitors to the site as of October 2013:

  • telephone calls (the service includes a cloud PBX with the ability to select numbers in different codes);
  • online consultant;
  • site phone (free for a visitor call initiated directly from the site);
  • lidogeneration (automated collection of contact data of site visitors).

As a tool for improving the efficiency of the site and advertising campaigns, CoMagic allows you to see the total number of visitors' requests for each advertising channel (regardless of the communication channel through which the requests are received). Phone call, chat or order on the site - CoMagic sees all requests from visitors and knows how to match them with advertising channels, thanks to which visitors come to the site.

With the help of special algorithms, CoMagic is able to find cases that do not lead to sales: lost (did not pick up the phone/did not answer the question in the chat), repeated (one potential client contacts several times), non-target ("low-quality" cases). You see the conversion of each advertising channel not just into "appeals," but into potential customers.
