SODRUZHESTVO bank

JSC Bank SODRUZHESTVO operated on the banking market since 1994, had the General license of the Bank of Russia No. 2923 of July 11, 2012 for the right of carrying out all types of banking activities with legal entities and physical persons in rubles and foreign currency. The bank was a participant of the deposit insurance system (DIS).

On classification of the information reference book "Financial Institutions of Russia" JSC Bank SODRUZHESTVO treated bank group without signs of financial straits.

The authorized capital of Bank is created in the amount of 209,401,000 (Two hundred nine million four hundred one thousand) rubles and separated into 2,094,010 (Two million ninety four thousand ten) ordinary nominal uncertificated shares with a nominal value of 100 rub which are distributed between Shareholders.

Major shareholders of Bank were the construction organizations of Moscow.

Since 2002 the Bank had the status of the affiliated member of MasterCard International payment system in communication than the Bank started issue of the MasterCard payment cards.

The bank was a member of currency section of MICEX and performed operations on purchase, foreign currency sales for rubles and also the transactions SWAP on this stock exchange.

The range of services was provided to clients of our Bank on it is settlement - to cash services in rubles and foreign currency, all types of conversion transactions in a cash and non-cash form were carried out, the opportunity of storage of money during different terms at the profitable rates is given. The bank establishes correspondence relations with foreign banks that allowed to make payments to any country of the world. The bank opens checking accounts in foreign currencies to clients of Bank - residents and nonresidents and also correspondent banks (residents and nonresidents).

The bank issued own profitable bills of exchange, performs purchase sale of bank bills and bills of exchange of industrial enterprises.

In October, 2015 the Central Bank made the decision on revocation of license of Sodruzhestvo bank. "At unsatisfactory quality of assets "Sodruzhestvo' inadequately estimated JSC Bank accepted with respect thereto risks. Proper assessment of credit risk upon the demand of supervisory authority revealed complete loss of own means (capital) of bank", says the Central Bank of the Russian Federation about revocation of license.
