Plan for the opening of multifunctional educational hubs in Kaliningrad, Tyumen and Sochi

On June 22, 2022, the TOP Computer Academy announced plans to open multifunctional educational hubs. This format of online and offline education will combine an IT academy, an English language school, a college, as well as an elementary and secondary comprehensive school. The first educational institutions of this type, offering several areas of study at once, will begin work in Kaliningrad, Tyumen and Sochi. This approach to training will allow you to quickly launch branches, redistributing investments in equipping classrooms and expanding available training programs.

This format will allow for much more active use of study areas during the day. If in the morning the main emphasis will be on teaching children, then the evening hours will be given to adult students and high school students.

In total, investments in the project over two to three years will amount to about 2.5 billion rubles. Each educational center of this format will combine both existing and promising training programs. By 2024, the company plans to open about 80 educational centers in cities with a population of 200 thousand or more. Investments in the repair and technical equipment of each center will amount to about 30-40 million rubles.

By the end of the year, the company plans to launch a similar format for organizing training in Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod and Yekaterinburg.

In addition, the company has developed a special format of an educational center for cities with a population of 20 to 100 thousand people. It is being tested if the "pilot" launch is recognized as successful, such centers will appear in 400 cities of the country.

The educational process at the TOP Computer Academy is built according to uniform quality standards in all cities of Russia, which are supported by a dozen online platforms, personnel training and content management systems. In the regions of the country, the company does not work under a franchise and opens only its own training centers, which allows you to better control the quality of training.

As of June 2022, the Academy has branches in 145 cities of the country and offers education for adults and children in 15 faculties. The company has 2,300 employees on a permanent basis, of which 1,500 are teachers. Within 23 years, the Academy graduated 250 thousand students.

Agreement with Softline to implement educational projects

The provider of solutions and services Softline on May 13, 2022 announced the conclusion of a memorandum of cooperation with the TOP Computer Academy. The companies intend to develop and implement joint educational projects, including international ones, in order to improve the quality of education in the field. Within information technology the framework of the partnership, a number of events have already been held. So, in April, Softline specialists organized a tour in the company's metropolitan office for students of the Academy's IT College. Students got acquainted with the areas of activity, provider learned about employment prospects and received answers to their questions from Softline experts.

Softline, developing corporate social responsibility, supports the initiatives of the academy. Within the framework of the partnership, the companies intend to cooperate on a wide range of issues - this is the joint development of intellectual products (electronic teaching tools, educational and methodological aids, training programs, etc.), the holding of joint events, and work on the creation of educational and methodological content, as well as the involvement of experts to assess the level of knowledge of students during final certification and much more.

In May 2022, with the support of Softline, a number of events have already taken place for teenagers studying at the academy. For students of the academy, Softline, together with the vendor, held a hackathon, during which the participants competed in performing graphic design tasks.
