2022: Separation of a separate legal entity "Cortis Technologies"

In accordance with the recommendations, since Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation October 2022, the development computer software and provision activities IT services have been singled out as a separate legal entity by CORTIS TECHNOLOGIES LLC LLC "CORTES TECHNOLOGII". Joining the Union "Mosoblstroykompleks"

On December 7, 2021, KORTIS LLC joined the self-regulatory organization Soyuz Mosoblstroykompleks and, as a member of the self-regulatory organization, has the right to prepare project documentation, build, reconstruct, overhaul, and demolish capital construction facilities.

On October 9, 2020, CORTIS received Gold partner status from Lenovo, a global computer hardware manufacturer. The status was obtained thanks to the implementation of projects using Lenovo solutions in 2014-2020.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, since September 11, 2019, Vlasov Dmitry Vladimirovich (with a share of 100%) has been the founder of CORTIS LLC.
