2021: Cooperation with Ozon's new apartment sales service

2017

At the end of 2017, the KORTROS group of companies was able to increase sales revenues by 20% compared to the level of 2016. The figure of 19.6 billion rubles repeated the group record set in 2013.

KORTROS Group of Companies approached the implementation of a large-scale project in Rostov-on-Don. As part of the renovation of the territory of the old city airport, about 4.8 million square meters of real estate will be erected, where more than 100 thousand people will live. This project should become the largest in the integrated development of the territory in the Southern Federal District.
