Clients of Credo Consulting represent the following industry segments:

CREDO CONSULTING performs maintenance of service packages of SAP Standart Support and SAP Enterprise Support. Support happens at several levels. The first level — Service Desk. It includes acceptance of requests from clients and the analysis necessary for determination of resources for solutions of a specific objective. After receiving a request the category is appropriated to it and the description of an incident according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) is formed. Daley, after rendering primary support, the request is transferred to specialists to the second level. However on it services of the first level do not come to an end as Service Desk also includes obtaining information on the status of a request from the second line and writing of the reports including the stipulated key performance indicators (KPI).

The second level of support includes processes on permission of the incident which is not relating to changes of a system, and elimination of problems.

If the problem cannot be solved at the second level, specialists address requests in the Center of support of SAP for the third level. Within this level of maintenance the detailed analysis of the written ways and error messages, creation and change of SAP Notes is made. Specialists of SAP also specify duration of error correction and recommend alternative problem solving. At this stage the request is considered processed and completed.
