The building is insured in Ingosstrakh and he has already confirmed payments in full of the contract - 10 billion rubles.

According to preliminary estimates, approximately 13,000 "squares" were damaged as a result of the fire. Experts have no complaints about the structure and do not believe that the building did not meet safety requirements.

However, after this terrible tragedy, additional rules may be introduced. For example, increase the number of emergency exits.
