2019: Participation in TAdviser SummIT

On November 27, 2019, in Moscow, as part of the TAdviser SummIT conference held by TAdviser, an expert center on state and business automation in Russia, NPO DIATECH, one of the largest developers of integrated software and hardware solutions for diagnosing and predicting the technical condition of industrial equipment, will present its SAFE PLANT software platform to improve the efficiency of production asset management.

The report will discuss the main aspects of the implementation of predictive analysis systems for predicting the technical condition of equipment, classify the most informative data sources and present practical experience in organizing such solutions using the SAFE PLANT software platform at Russian industrial enterprises.

The SAFE PLANT software platform is the flagship development of NPO DIATECH designed to organize maintenance and repair of industrial equipment based on the results of diagnostics using predictive analytics. Thanks to the support of closed exchange protocols of various manufacturers, the SAFE PLANT platform provides compatibility with most types of existing "field" devices - portable and stationary diagnostic systems, mobile MR devices, APCS sensors. The platform has a mechanism for storing, viewing and analyzing big data, as well as an expert system for early recognition of over 100 types of faults. After a comprehensive analysis, diagnostic results with a list of identified faults can be exported from SAFE PLANT to existing management or dispatching systems (EAM, ERP, MES). The platform's experience at more than 50 petrochemical, metallurgy and power plants confirms the high efficiency of the proposed approaches by increasing the reliability and productivity of equipment, reducing unplanned downtime and accidents, increasing mileage and inter-repair interval, and significantly reducing equipment maintenance and repair costs.
