Company Info

The development company of "Dekmos" is formed in 2003 for project implementation of reconstruction of capital hotel "Moscow".

The company is joint venture of the Government of Moscow and the Decorum Corporated company registered in the USA.

In September, 2010 the deputy of the State Duma Ashot Egiazaryan concerning whom the State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation brought criminal case upon fraud accused Suleyman Kerimov, Rotenberg and Konstantin Goloshchapov's Arcadia that they took away from him a share in Moscow. The court of Nicosia in the claim of mister Egiazaryan seized the stocks of Uralkali, Polyus Gold and Dekmos belonging to Suleyman Kerimov.

In February, 2011. The Cyprian district court of Nicosia was cancelled by arrest of assets of Suleyman Kerimov and Rotenberg's Arcadia. Among the defrozen assets of 51% of shares of JSC Dekmos, the owner of Moscow hotel which Kerimov and Rotenberg own.

In July, 2011 the authorities of Moscow left authorized capital of JSC Dekmos, having sold 49% of shares of the company to the entrepreneur Mikhail Shishkhanov.
