Delta Group

The Delta Group company is created in 1971.

The main direction development and release of the innovation, high-performance and high-quality automation systems covering the broad range of requirements of industrial enterprises for the different countries of the world.

Delta — one of the first companies of Taiwan which entered with the products the market of the CNC equipment. It releases a full range of components for metal-cutting machines, including the CNC controllers, multiaxis and spindle servo actuators and engines.

History

2015: Delta provided systems with the CNC, the robot

On March 17, 2015 it became known of representation of own developments by Delta Group company on TIMTOS 2015 action: metal processing systems from the CNC and the new SCARA robot.

The Delta company presented 10 integrated solutions for metal working at the TIMTOS 2015 exhibition, including the high-speed threading machine, the dental milling machine, the vertical multi-purpose machine and turret heads.

Components for the CNC systems

• The high-speed threading machine (it is made by Fair Friend Group company using Delta technologies)
  • B this solution is applied the CNC controller from Delta, multiaxis servo actuators and the spindle engine which execute high-precision and synchronized tough cutting of threads with rotating speed of 6  thousand RPM – 12  thousand RPM for 355 ms. With a rated  frequency of 6 thousand RPM the machine executes transaction for 0.88 pages Besides, a system supports recuperation that allows to reuse energy of instant braking using the Delta C-Box device. Power saving at the same time reaches 70%.

• The dental milling machine (it is made by DMARK company using Delta technologies)
  • the CNC controller and distributed control system the movement developed by Delta company provide the high speed of reaction (8 kHz). The servo actuators Delta support function of exact interpolation for smoother speed control and quality improvement of surface treatment. Advantages of this machine: high accuracy, speed, quality of processing and stability.

• The vertical multi-purpose machine (it is made by Yang Iron Precision Corp company. using Delta technologies)
  • the Integrated Delta CNC system, includes the CNC controller, the servo system, the spindle engine and the system of machine vision. Provides the high performance of the multi-purpose machine. The machine allows to carry out the tasks requiring the high accuracy, efficiency, speed and quality of processing — for example milling, drilling, cutting of a thread and other difficult procedures.

• Turret heads and automatic tool changers

Within exposure Delta provided intelligent robotic manipulators and including the SCARA robot.
