Department of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region

Department of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region (DSSiHousing and Communal Services of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region) is an executive body of the Jewish Autonomous Region, formed by the government of the Jewish Autonomous Region, implementing state policy in the areas of the construction complex, urban planning activities in the region, ensuring state administration and coordination of activities in the field of housing and communal services, power, energy saving and energy efficiency, promising development and innovative activities of the fuel and energy complex in the region.

2021

Renaming into Department of construction and housing and public utilities of the government of JAO

By the Decree of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region of June 30, 2021 No. 209-pp, the Department of Architecture and Construction of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region from July 1, 2021 was renamed the Department of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Government^[1].

Liquidation and transfer of powers to the Department of Architecture and Construction of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region

By a decree of the Governor of the Jewish Autonomous Region of June 16, 2021, it No. 162 Department of Housing-and-municipal Economy and Power of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region liquidated. The authority was transferred to the Department of Architecture and Construction of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region^[2].

By the Decree of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region of January 13, 2021 No. 4-pp, the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Energy of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region was renamed the Department of Housing and Communal Services and ^[3].
