History

DiPOS took its first steps in an unstable economic situation: the collapse of the economic ties of a single economic organism, the sale of slippers and tights on the premises of metallurgical enterprises, privatization and hyperinflation - it is difficult to recall all the events that occurred in the first historical period of the company's development. There were firms involved in the resale of black and non-ferrous metal - and only a few of them approved their positions in the market and continued to develop business.

The path of formation of LLC PKF DiPOS ran from a tiny premises in the center of Moscow to a group of companies that united a number of the largest regional service metal centers in eight cities of the Russian Federation.

1992

Foundation of LLC PKF DiPOS. The creators of the company are a graduate of REA named after G.V. Plekhanov Sergey Posunko and a graduate of MSTU named after N.E. Bauman Alexander Drozdov. Today, Sergey Posunko - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Alexander Drozdov - General Director of LLC PKF DiPOS. To develop an organized business, metal warehouses were rented in the village of Turaevo, Lyubertsy District, Moscow Region.

1995

DiPOS received the title of official supplier of the Construction Department. The starting point of the company's activities is the supply of metal rolling of the Moscow construction complex: Sberbank of Russia, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Moscow Ring Road, the Second Transport Ring, the Shopping Center on Manezhnaya Square and other housing and social construction facilities

1997

Purchase of a storage area registered in the company's ownership.

1999

Foundation of SmolMetTorg LLC in Smolensk. The goal of creating a representative office is to increase the speed of metal distribution to the Western region.

2000

Foundation of Vyatka SMC LLC. The company's metal distribution supplies cover the Kirov region and the Komi Republic.

The foundation of KubanMetallService LLC in Krasnodar. Krasnodar Territory belongs to regions with a fairly high metal consumption, and the service metal center there is focused on meeting the needs of local enterprises and construction organizations.

Foundation of LLC PKF Altai-Metal-Service. The company is engaged in the supply of rolled metal for the market of the Altai Territory, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Tomsk regions and other regions of Siberia and the Far East.

2001

Founding of BaltMetal in St. Petersburg. A year after its creation, this company has already taken a leading position in the construction metal rolling market of the North-West region of Russia. The metal supplies of this company cover St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Novgorod, Pskov, Murmansk, Vologda and Arkhangelsk regions.

Foundation of DiMETA LLC in NovDonbass. The company sells metal rental in the Tula, Lipetsk, Ryazan regions and in the southern part of the Moscow region.

2003

Foundation of LLC Verkhnevolzhsky SMC. The activity of the SMC is the production, processing and sale of rolled metal. Deliveries of metal and products from it cover the Ivanovo, Kostroma, Yaroslavl, Vladimir, Nizhny Novgorod regions.

2004

Start of production of welded mesh using welding machine type ATT 10/96 RV (Austria). The company's fleet was replenished with new SCANIA vehicles (carrying capacity of 30 tons), which are equipped with a satellite navigation system, which allows you to monitor the location of each car and the time of delivery of metal products.

DiPOS Group of Companies was awarded the Cup "For the Best Exposition" at the specialized exhibition "Metal-Expo 2004." And according to the results of the competitions "Best Metal Base of Russia-2004" and "Best SMC of Russia-2004," held by RAMT, ISMC and the magazine "Metal Supply and Sales," the winners were the metal base of the company "DiPOS" in the city of Lytkarino (nomination "Best Metal Base of Russia 2004") and "Debut"

2005

Sales grew by 5%, and production of its own products increased from 2,000 to 10,000 tons per month. According to the results of the competition, the RSPM service metal center in Lytkarino again became the winner in the nomination "The Best Metal Base of Russia," and the Verkhnevolzhsky SMC in Ivanovo was recognized as the "Most Dynamically Developing Metal Center."

DiPOS was one of the three leading metal traders in the country according to the results of the rating of metal shipping companies conducted by the magazines Metal Supply and Sales, Vesti and the site metalltorg.ru.

Quality certificates for welded grids were obtained. DiPOS has become closer to the consumer.

DiPOS Group has mastered the production of brace-bending elements on the POLYBEND unit. In two months, brackets were made from reinforcement of a smooth and periodic profile with a diameter of 6 to 12 mm. And this is not the limit, since the capabilities of the machine made it possible to bend brackets from reinforcement with a diameter of up to 16 mm inclusive.

DiPOS, expanding its own production facilities, commissioned two new metal processing lines: Italian - for longitudinal cutting of rolled steel and Austrian - for cold rolling of reinforced steel. According to experts, the appearance in Russia of an active Italian line for the longitudinal cutting of rolled steel is a unique event. The equipment disbands 0.3-3 mm thick rolls at a speed of 200 m/min, which reduces the period of execution of the order. For example, an 8-ton roll of galvanized steel with a thickness of 1 mm is released into the strip in 5 minutes. The commissioning of the Austrian line of cold rolled reinforcement steel made it possible to obtain from a hot-rolled circle with a diameter of 8-12 mm cold-rolled reinforcement with a diameter of 6-10 mm at a speed of 11 m/s.

2006

The DiPOS group of companies has commissioned the high-performance Polycut correct-cut machine.

DiPOS is the winner of the Partnership 2006 contest in the Breakthrough of the Year nomination. The competition was established by Severstal OJSC.

2007

At Verkhnevolzhsky SMC, a new production building for the processing of rolled steel was commissioned. Its total area is 12,000 m2 with three spans 24 meters wide and 168 meters long. Modern high-tech equipment was purchased in Spain, Italy, Germany for longitudinal and transverse metal cutting and the manufacture of profiles. German bridge cranes with a carrying capacity of 10 and 20 tons were commissioned.

Presentation and launches of a unique Spanish metal cutting line. The uniqueness of the line is that you can make billets rectangular, rhombic, trapezoidal and triangular in shape. This type of billets is intended for subsequent manufacture of body parts in automotive, electrical and engineering industries, as well as for manufacture of household appliances and ventilation systems.

A laboratory has begun to operate, which monitors the quality of materials coming to the enterprise.

DiPOS introduced new technologies for construction: the company presented retainers for nets (spacer strips), which are manufactured using Austrian-made automatic equipment. Fixators are used in the arrangement of concrete industrial floors and inter-storey floors. The company began to operate a laboratory that monitors the quality of materials coming to the enterprise.

The products of DiPOS's own production were supplemented by construction profiles: guide profiles (GON type), rack profiles (PS type) and ceiling profiles (PP type). They are used for installation of building structures based on sheets of gypsum board in interior decoration of rooms. LLC PKF DiPOS took 129th place in the annual ranking of Forbes magazine's 200 largest private companies. Companies were ranked by revenue received in 2006.

The company began production of reinforcing profiles and mounting tyres. Reinforcing profiles are used as a reinforcing element in PVC window and door structures. The mounting profile is used in the manufacture of flange connections of air ducts. The leading company of the DiPOS Group of Companies in the field of production of metal products from x/c and g/c metal rolling Verkhnevolzhsky SMC - received a certificate of compliance of the Quality Management System with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001:2000 According to the results of Metal- Expo-2007, DiPOS has confirmed its title of one of the largest universal suppliers of metalloprocat and well-equipped metal production. The largest production enterprise of the DiPOS Group of Companies in Ivanovo, LLC Verkhnevolzhsky SMC, by decision of the jury, received the Grand Prix in the competition "Best Service Metal Center of Russia 2007." The corporate newspaper of DiPOS Steel Slovo was named the best publication of metal trading companies in the competition "Best Corporate Media in the Metallurgical Industry of Russia and the CIS Countries 2007." 55 corporate media, representing the largest metallurgical groups, took part in this competition. The winner in the contest "Best Metal Bases 2007" was "Service Metal Center" in Lytkarino in the nomination "Sample of High-Quality Service." 2008

A new production complex for the processing of reinforcement steel has been opened in Lytkarino. The new complex with a total area of 1700 square meters is equipped with modern equipment for the production of fixators for nets, a welding line for the production of nets, automatic machines for editing and cutting reinforcement wire. On the territory of Verkhnevolzhsky SMC, a presentation of a new workshop for the processing of sheet metal was held.

DiPOS conducted a certification audit of the quality management system by a team of audit experts from the German company TUV CERT. The result of this audit is positive. The company, together with obtaining the TUV CERT certificate, now has the right to use the trademark of a world-famous German company.

The company KubanMetallService, representing DiPOS in the Krasnodar Territory, was renamed DiPOS-Kuban. Following the General Development Concept of the DiPOS Group of Companies for the period 2007-2015, in July, DiPOS successfully launched a scrap metal processing complex. The complex began to function on the basis of the Verkhnevolzhsky Service Metal Center in Ivanovo.

In the same year, the first delivery of sheet blanks for testing stamped tooling for the manufacture of automotive components was made to Japan and China. Commissioning of the Bender automatic line (Germany) for the production of a cutting and drawing sheet with a thickness of 0.4 to 8 mm with various parameters and cell shape was carried out.

The laboratory mastered another room and created an archive of samples that were tested. A device for testing wire and tape for bending IM 5111 has been purchased and put into operation.

2009

In March, in order to optimize production, a major overhaul was carried out and the automatic longitudinal cutting line CAMU (Italy) was transferred to the production body of sheet metal processing.

Another, more powerful Z150 test machine from Zwick/Roell was put into operation, as well as a cutting die for the production of samples in accordance with EN 10002-1 and a special machine of the same company for the grinding of cut samples.

DiPOS installed new equipment at Verkhnevolzhsky SMC for the production of finishing profiles.

The device for mobile measurement of roughness in MahrSurf PS1 conditions of production is acquired and put into operation.

The testing center "Metalltest" FSUE TSNI- Ichermet named after I.P. Bardin in the process of inspection control expanded the area of ​ ​ certification of the laboratory of LLC "VSMC." The company is officially certified for the following tests:

• determination of temporary resistance, yield strength and relative elongation of sheet metal in accordance with EN10002-1;
• determination of normal anisotropy coefficient and hardening coefficient according to EN10130-1991;
• determination of the average roughness value and the number of peaks at the rolled stock according to EN 10049-2005.

In November, VVSMC LLC was recognized as a potential supplier for the production of Renault cars after ALFA Automotive technologies successfully passed the department to ensure the supply of specialized elements of technical audit bodies.

2010

The magnetic thickness meter MT 2007 was acquired and mastered to measure the thickness of non-magnetic dielectric or conductive non-magnetic coatings applied to a ferromagnetic base.
