Asteros Ukraine

The Asteros Ukraine company (till 2011 — Kiev Dialog) works at the market of Ukraine and offers a range of IT solutions in the territory of Eastern Europe in the directions: IT infrastructure and engineering systems, consulting and business applications, security systems, outsourcing and service. In 2007 the Asteros Ukraine company was included into structure of the international business of Asteros.

Clients Asteros Ukraine – the commercial organizations, the systemically important enterprises of the Ukrainian economy, state bodies and the international corporations. Including: Ukrtelecom, DTEK, Prikarpatyeoblenergo, Ukravtozapchast, Ukrgaz-Energo, Schneider Electric, Kimberly Clark, Samsung, etc.

Among partners of the company world vendors, such as Avaya, Cisco, Polycom, HP, Acer, Microsoft, Dell, IBM, Oracle, SAP and others. In an arsenal Asteros Ukraine a number of partnership with the highest statuses, among which: Avaya Platinum, Oracle Platinum, Microsoft Gold. Asteros Ukraine is the first authorized partner of Polycom in Ukraine, annually confirming the status of the best partner of vendor in the country. It allows integrator to build the systems of a video conferencing, largest in Ukraine, for example, for Ukrtelekom operator. In 2015 the integrator expanded a range of the highest partner statuses, having become the Gold-partner of the international company Intel.

History

2017: Asteros Ukraine was prohibited by conducting economic activity and property management in the territory of Ukraine

On May 15, 2017 the augmented list of the Russian and Ukrainian companies and also individuals against which the decree of the president of Ukraine imposes the sanctions meaning different restrictions is published namely: entry into the country, prohibition on conducting economic activity and property management in the territory of Ukraine and others. Among the companies falling under action of prohibition of the Ukrainian authorities it appeared "Asteros Ukraine".

In 2008 the circuit of group of Asteros included Kiev Dialog company, the large Ukrainian integrator which continued work in the local market under a brand Asteros Ukraine. In 2014 owing to the become complicated market relations between the countries, shareholders of the Asteros group the decision to provide complete legal, commercial and operational independence of Asteros Ukraine company was made. This step was dictated by the aspiration to minimize the risks connected with politicization of the Ukrainian market, to give the chance to management of the company independently to develop business Asteros Ukraine, providing accomplishment of all obligations to local clients and partners and also to save jobs for the staff of the company.

Thus, about 3 years the group of Asteros (JSC Asteros) does not do joint business and does not perform any project activity on partner or other bases about Asteros Ukraine. We emphasize that Asteros Ukraine is an independent legal person who at the moment has no relation to the legal person of JSC Asteros any more and is not connected with it uniform management, operational, production or other corporate processes.

Despite difficult in terms of forecasting and planning of further scenarios of development the situation caused by imposition of sanctions we hope for the fastest stabilization of working conditions for the Ukrainian companies which are legitimately working at local market and having a considerable pool of clients from among leading companies of Ukraine.

2015

The client portfolio contains more than 100 organizations from key industries of economy among which there are largest commercial and government institutions of the country. The second half of the year 2016 "Asteros Ukraine" for the first time for the last four years approached with double increase in revenue.

Asteros Ukraine shows positive dynamics of business development for all 25 years of presence in the Ukrainian IT market. In recent years, despite the difficult market situation and the crisis phenomena in the Ukrainian economy, revenue of the company on average grew for 20% annually, having shown double increase in the first half of 2016 in comparison with the same period for last year. The key profitable direction creation and upgrade of IT and engineering infrastructure to which share more than a half of revenue of integrator fell became traditional.

To growth of revenue in the first half of the year 2016 Asteros Ukraine it is obliged to implementation of tens of large-scale projects for the largest commercial and government institutions of the country, such as DTEK group, to PJSC Sberbank, PJSC Prikarpatyeoblenergo, PJSC Ukrtelekom, JSC Sun InBev, the conclusion of a number of new service contacts and technical support agreements of IT infrastructure.

At the moment a half of all projects of integrator is concentrated in the industrial sector, about 26% are the share of projects in the field of telecommunications, 11% of a client portfolio make projects in the energy sector and 7% - in a segment of finance. The remained share is distributed between oil and gas, transport and other industries.

2011

• On September 29, 2011 the Asteros group announces rebranding of the representation in Ukraine Kiev Dialog company and expansion of business. Under a brand Asteros Ukraine will be created the full-fledged system integrator providing a full range of IT services to corporations and state structures of Ukraine. From 2007 to 2011 business of Asteros in Ukraine was provided by Kiev Dialog company. The company was focused on accomplishment of telecommunication projects – creation of data networks, systems of a video conferencing, telephony and contact centers.

Name of representative office of Asteros in Ukraine Asteros Ukraine is a first step in a number of changes of work of branch. Under a brand Asteros Ukraine will be created the system integrator providing customers needs on creation of IT infrastructure, the engineering systems, implementation of business applications.

2007

• On September 20, 2007 in Radisson SAS hotel it was announced that the Dialog-Kiyev system integrator was included into Bee-Ey-Si group (by Asteros now). Merge is performed by acquisition of Bee-Ey-Si Ltd of a share (25% of stocks) in authorized capital of the Ukrainian JV Dialog-Kiyev.
