The founders were the IPChain Association, the Intellectual Property Federation (FIS) and the international service for the accounting, storage and circulation of intellectual property rights n'RIS.

Within the framework of advanced training and professional retraining programs, the educational institution offers to learn more about the legal regulation and trends in the development of the institute of intellectual property and related industries, on new instruments and services for accounting, protection, disposal, management and protection of intangible assets, and the regulatory, technical and ethical aspects of such modern realities, as artificial intelligence, Big Data, LegalTech, FinTech, and their impact on all areas of business and society.
