Digital Development Fund

The Digital Development fund performs activity in a number of the directions on ensuring digital transformation among which:

• Development of regional strategy for digitalization of economy;
• Development of road maps on development of digital economy of the region;
• Development of detailed recommendations about implementation of best practices of development of digital economy of the region;
• Maintenance of implementation of digital solutions in authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation and the enterprises;
• Maintenance of implementation of the investment projects in the field of digital economy including aimed at the development of telecommunication infrastructure, development of domestic digital technologies including:
  • identification of the most perspective investment niches in the field of digital economy in the territory of the region;
  • examination of the existing investment projects in the field of digital economy;
  • maintenance of receiving state support;
  • investors;

• Project development of regulatory legal acts in the field of digitalization of economy;
• Examination and correction of strategy and other regulating legal documents in the field of digitalization;
• Audit of employee competences in the field of digital economy;
• Development of programs and implementation of the training actions in the field of digital economy;
• The analysis of development of digital economy by municipal entities:
  • diagnostics of the level of development of digital economy;
  • creation of ratings of municipalities of the region on the level of development of digital economy.
  • project development of standards in the field of digital economy, including standards defining core competencies responsible for development of digital economy.

• Development of strategy of digital transformation of the company or corporation;
• Maintenance of implementation of strategy of digital transformation of the company or corporation;
• Development of regulatory legal acts at the federal, regional and municipal levels necessary for strategy implementation of digital transformation of the company or corporation and – in some cases – maintenance of their acceptance (depending on a feedback from legislators);
• Maintenance of implementation of digital solutions in the companies and corporations;
• Project development of standards at the level of the Russian Federation, the EEU countries in the field of digital economy.
