History

2025: Founder Vladimir Nesterenko's exit from the company's capital

On April 9, 2025, it became known that Vladimir Nesterenko left the capital of Dokzilla LLC. This company controls the Russian service for creating Doczilla documents.

Nesterenko transferred his 5 percent stake in the Dokzilla structure to the company's CEO Viktor Buryakov. The authorized capital of Dokzilla is 155,550 rubles, and therefore the 5% package is estimated at 7777.5 rubles. The reasons for Nesterenko's exit from the organization's structure are not reported. As of April 9, 2025, the founders of the company are also Mikhail Muradov and Aram Muradov, who own 45% each, Maxim Derevyanko and Oleg Lekshin, who own 2.5% each.

The company has created a document designer that offers dozens of editable templates. The documents are said to have been compiled by a team of highly qualified lawyers specializing in a wide variety of business sectors. Among other areas are named: market research; advisory activities and work in the field of computer technology; activities in the field of accounting services, financial audit, tax consulting; user training activities; finance lease (leasing/subleasing) activities; scientific research and development in the field of natural and technical sciences other; advertising, etc.^[1]

2024: Appointment of Viktor Buryakov as new CEO of Doczilla

2021: Legal entity name change

According to the Chekko portal, on July 6, 2021, the name of Lex Borelis KS LLC was changed to Dokzilla LLC.

2019: Main areas of activity

As of March 2019, the main areas of activity were: consulting on general issues of corporate law, supporting transactions in the field of mergers and acquisitions, supporting projects in the field of banking and securities, consulting on issues related to real estate and construction, dispute resolution.
