Purchase from Magnit agribusiness "Moscow on the Don"

The Magnit retail chain sold the Moscow on Don agricultural company, which grows open ground vegetables in the Lipetsk region, to the structures of the Dominant agricultural holding Pavel and Svetlana Demidov. The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in April 2025. Magnit confirmed the sale, explaining that the company will focus on the greenhouse direction. According to preliminary estimates, the value of an asset with a debt could be about 650 million rubles. The perimeter of the transaction included 1.3 thousand hectares of land with irrigation, equipment and vegetable storage. Read more here
