History

2026: Launch of new sandwich panel plant to build industrial buildings

In February 2026, the first line of the DoorHan sandwich panel plant was launched in the Mozhaisk Municipal District of the Moscow Region. The company is located at the multi-technology technopark DoorHan. The total volume of investments in the project is estimated at 3 billion rubles.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investments, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Ekaterina Zinovieva, an agreement on the implementation of this project was concluded between the company and representatives of the region in 2024.

According to Ekaterina Zinovieva, the investment project provides for the organization of the production of thermal insulation materials based on basalt, namely mineral wool and construction sandwich panels. The capacity of the launched first production line is 2 million square meters. m sandwich panels annually.

As Ekaterina Zinovieva noted, more than 30 residents of the Moscow region have already been employed at the enterprise, recruitment continues. It is expected that after the plant reaches full design capacity, the number of jobs will reach 350.

The company's plans for the first quarter of 2026 include the launch of the first production line for the production of mineral wool with a capacity of up to 40 thousand tons per year. Commissioning of the second line is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.

The multi-technology technopark of the international concern DoorHan has been operating in the district since 2019. The factories, which are part of the DorKhan 21 Century-Mozhaisk structure, specialize in the production of prefabricated capital buildings with a high degree of factory readiness, house kits for individual housing construction, bridge structures, as well as wall and roofing sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation.^[1]
