2020

Distribution agreement with Commvault

On September 29, 2020 the Commvault company announced the conclusion of the distribution agreement with the Ukrainian IT the distributor of ERC (Enhanced Resource Company).

Partners of ERC will get access to all solutions of the updated Commvault portfolio and also to the affiliate program of Partner Advantage Program.

The international holding ERC with offices in 7 countries (data for September, 2020) provided in Ukraine to Value Added Distributor by ERC company develops business also in other countries, having a solid portfolio of contracts for distribution of products of leaders of the world market of IT and electronics of consumer and corporate segments. In a portfolio of ERC for September, 2020 — more active 300 contracts, and the partner network totals over 3,500 dealers and customers. Commvault solution portfolio for ERC is an expansion of a line of the software of the class Enterprise.

Development of a partner network for Commvault always is a priority task. Partnership with ERC will allow us to raise focus on the market of Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other countries where Commvault expects to increase the presence even more. We hope that this partnership will expand possibilities of our channel, will make available all range of services of a portfolio of Commvault and ERC for customers who need to solve problems of protection and data storage in the organizations. Jointly we expect to cover all segments of the market, from small business to enterprise, thanks to the products Complete, the updated Activate, Hedvig and also recently provided Disaster Recovery, - Ivan Zasokhlin, the chief representative of Commvault in Russia and the CIS comments.

For September, 2020 in a portfolio of ERC — more than 300 active contracts, and the partner network totals over 3,500 dealers and customers. In general the company has more than 25 years of experience in Ukraine, professional collective, a logistic complex, the service center, relevant marketing tools and also the multimodular educational complex equipped for all tasks.

2015

Merge to Softprom

In August, 2015 ERC agreed about merge to the distributor program and the hardware Softprom.com company what it declared in the official statement^[1].

"Already in the fourth quarter 2015, after the planned implementation of the transaction, we plan gradual merge of commands in uniform group of professionals and adherents. As a result in the market of group of the countries powerful VAD the distributor with the greatest perspective integrated portfolio in the region will appear", - the CEO of Softprom Pavel Zhdanovich said.

Softprom has competences on virtualization, information security and a CAD. According to the Seti I Business magazine, the company is among the largest Ukrainian specialized distributors in the field of the corporate software and information security systems. Among her partners there is Symantec, Google, "The code of security", Barracuda Networks.

After merge the CEO of Softprom Zhdanovich will be responsible for expansion of business of ERC at offices of the current and perspective location. The trademark and also online projects which belonged to Softprom will be used by ERC.

Merge of two largest distributors happened against the background of the most severe crisis in the Ukrainian IT market.

ERC occupies 26% of the Ukrainian market of distribution of corporate IT solutions

ERC founded in 1995 as of August, 2015 has official distributor sales contracts of the equipment (IT, home appliances) from more than 80 producers, including Apple, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, Cisco.

The company provides warranty and post warranty service of the sold equipment, sale of spare parts. The service network covers all territory of Ukraine and contains more than 80 authorized partner service in all regions of the country.

According to the Seti I Business magazine for May, 2015, ERC occupies 26% of the Ukrainian market of distribution of corporate IT solutions and^[2] is in the lead on it^[2].
