Biography

Ivan Zasokhlin got an education in World economy at Moscow State University of economy, statistics and information science (MESI).

Has more than 10-year work experience in the international IT companies, such as Hewlett-Packard Dell EMC Commvault. In particular, till 2014 worked with key clients in Dell EMC.

2014: The head of sales department in Commvault

In 2014 Ivan joined the Commvault command as the head of sales department and directly was responsible for work with clients in the largest industries: finance, retail, industry, state companies.

2018: The chief representative of Commvault in Russia and the CIS

In December, 2018 Ivan Zasokhlin is appointed to a position of the area director of Commvault company in Russia and the CIS. In this post he replaced Andrey Vyshlov heading representative office in Russia and the CIS since September, 2016 which, in turn, continued to work in Commvault at executive position in EMEA region.

The Russian business in 2018 faced new calls is, first of all, a toughening of requirements from regulators to the companies processing personal and critical data. It is possible to cite as an example federal law N187 under which many corporate customers, national banks, the industrial companies fall. We are ready to provide to clients the Commvault tools, answering these calls, and it will become one of drivers of growth of Commvault in 2019, – Ivan Zasokhlin said. – Besides, I see a task of the Russian representative office of Commvault in 2019 in expansion of our presence in regions of Russia. For this purpose at us is as the product solution with easy integration – Commvault Hyperscale Appliance, and the affiliate program which already brings the results.

According to the chief representative of Commvault in Russia and the CIS, in 2019 expansion of a partner network and increase in the statuses of already existing partners is also planned.

Certainly, increase in a share in the Russian market to the level of global indicators of the company remains my main task. In the last two years Commvault showed significant growth in Russia, and we are going to improve dynamics, having entered in 2019 the market of hardware-software solutions with products of the Commvault Hyperscale Appliance series, – Ivan Zasokhlin added.
