History
2016: Revocation of license
In January, 2016 the Central Bank of Russia revoked a license for banking operations from Moscow Ergobank and also appointed temporary administration. The commercial bank did not observe the banking legislation, allowed decrease in value of standards of sufficiency of own means (capital) lower than 2%, decrease in the size of own means (capital) below the minimum value of authorized capital, the Central Bank tells.
Besides, "at unsatisfactory quality of assets LLC CB Ergobank inadequately estimated the accepted credit risks. Proper assessment of credit risk upon the demand of supervisory authority revealed complete loss of own means (capital) of bank. Due to the loss of liquidity LLC CB Ergobank timely did not fulfill the obligation to creditors and investors", - the Central Bank states.
At this time Ergobank services accounts more than 60 ROC organizations, including Danilova of the monastery and Trinity-Sergius Lavra.
According to the information system Partner iD and kartoteka.ru the largest share fractions of Ergobank at the time of revocation of license belong:
- To Gasparov V. A. (28.0121%),
- To Barmin V.I. (23.494%),
- To Saushkin V. V. (20.4819%) and also
- Dmitrovskaya Corporation Ltd (14.4907%).
- Another 5.4093% of bank shares belong to Meshalkin V. V.,
- 5.1% - to Luzan V. A.,
- 3.0121% - Konstanta LLC.
Among founders of "Dmitrovskaya Corporation" appear Meshalkin V. V. (61.8025%), ID Ltd "Economic newspaper" (37.9735%). The individual owner of Konstanta LLC is Sitnikov G. V.
2015: Stop of issue of deposits
At the end of December, 2015 it became known that Ergobank ceased to issue deposits. Then, however, the chairman of the board of bank denied this information, having said that "the statement that the bank does not issue deposits, is incorrect".
At this time Ergobank was positioned as the universal commercial bank offering to individuals and corporate clients a broad spectrum of banking services which quality is provided with use of modern technologies, professionalism of employees and individual approach to customer needs.
More than 60 organizations of Russian Orthodox Church from 18 Dioceses used services of Bank. In return the Bank on a permanent basis renders them the charitable help in case of recovery of temples.
Among the strategic objectives the bank saw the following: "Construct universal, competitive, hi-tech bank with multichannel network of sales for retail, small and medium business and also Russian Orthodox Church. In 2014 the Bank is going to enter in top-350 the Russian banks on net assets with assets of 7.2 billion rubles, and by 2017 — in top-250 the Russian banks on net assets with assets of 14 billion rubles. The number of sales offices is going to be increased up to 14".
