The Adobe company provided in the fall of 2012 in Russia new services which allow corporate users to automate certain transactions with the PDF documents. Already now the PDF format — one of popular at corporate communications. Adobe estimates number of the PDF files circulating in Network at 733 million, but it is slightly more — about one billion — them circulate in networks of the enterprises and the organizations. The format is accepted at the international level by the standard for submission of multimedia data, and it is actively used not only by products of Adobe.

For work with documents in this format of Adobe within several years offers cloud services on Adobe.com. In particular, services for converting of the PDF documents in formats Microsoft Word and Excel, on creation and converting of different documents in PDF, services of transfer of big files through storage, etc. are offered.

Being going to expand the range of services, in 2011 Adobe purchased the developer of a cloud service of the signature of the PDF documents, EchoSign company. The new service allows users to distribute the electronic PDF documents for the signature, appending on them the sign manual in the form of the picture. It is also convenient to execute it using tablet computers. The document is located on the website of service, and the link to it is sent to the partner. Service corresponds to the Russian legislation; the truth, such signatures purchase legal force if both parties agreed to trust service. If necessary Adobe can provide records of the database of service for the proof in court of the fact of the signature.
