State budgetary institution of the Yaroslavl region "Electronic region"

The main purpose of the activity of the State Budgetary Institution "Electronic Region" is to create, ensure the functioning and coordination of information, telecommunications, other technical and management systems and facilities used by state authorities of the Yaroslavl Region and local government bodies of municipalities of the Yaroslavl Region in the Yaroslavl Region for internal purposes and the provision of public services, including in electronic form.

According to the Decree of the Government of the Yaroslavl Region dated April 22, 2014 No. 369-p, the State Budgetary Institution of the Electronic Region is:

• operator of the regional information system of interdepartmental electronic interaction;
• e-government infrastructure operator of the Yaroslavl region;
• operator of information systems in the field of healthcare of the Yaroslavl region.
