The Voronezh plant "Electrosignal," which produces electronic equipment, at the end of 2025 showed an increase in net profit and revenue: the first reached 651.5 million rubles, which is 17.3% higher than the level of 2024 (555.4 million rubles), and the plant's revenue increased by 9.6%, amounting to 11.75 billion rubles. against 10.72 billion rubles. a year earlier. The relevant data are contained in the accounting statements of the joint-stock company, which Kommersant-Chernozemye got acquainted with in February 2026.

At the same time, financial results demonstrate multidirectional dynamics in individual items. The cost of sales increased by 13.4%, reaching 10.44 billion rubles. Gross profit, on the contrary, decreased by 13.8% and amounted to 1.31 billion rubles. The most significant drop was recorded in sales profit, which decreased by more than 44% - from 1.02 billion to 569.5 million rubles.

Significant growth was demonstrated by the commercial and management expenses of the enterprise. Commercial expenses increased more than tenfold, rising from 2.9 million to 31.7 million rubles. Management expenses increased by 43.3% and amounted to 707.1 million rubles.

The value of Electrosignal's assets in 2025 increased by 21.8%, reaching 23.42 billion rubles. At the same time, the volume of fixed assets more than doubled - from 1.55 billion to 3.51 billion rubles.

In August 2025, Kommersant-Chernozemye reported that Electrosignal appeared in the context of a criminal case on non-compliance with the state defense order. The Investigative Committee initiated a case against the head of the product quality control service Dmitry Moroz, who at that time was the head of the 199th military representative office of the Ministry of Defense. He was suspected of improper performance of his official duties in the implementation of the state defense order.[1]
