EnSer provides energy resources to industrial consumers, housing and the social and domestic sphere of the central part of Miassa. By the end of 2022, 99.9999998% of EnSera's authorized capital belongs to PJSC Irkutskenergo (part of En +).

JSC "Automobile Plant" Ural "

According to Interfax, the acquisition of EnSera will allow Ural to meet the growing production needs of the automobile plant in energy resources, in particular, in electrical and thermal energy, as well as in compressed air. This is necessary in connection with the expansion of the production of trucks and components, including under import substitution programs, which were initiated in response to the current geopolitical situation. The installed electric capacity of the EnSera thermal power plant at the time of the transaction is 24 MW, the thermal capacity is 575 Gcal/h.

The acquisition of EnSera will also help streamline and optimize the management of Miass's power grid infrastructure, some of which are owned by the automobile plant and located in its territories. This is, in particular, the main pipeline of household and drinking water supply from Lake Kysy-Kul, which provides water supply to the generating facilities of EnSera; heating and hot water supply lines from the EnSera power facilities to the facilities of the automobile plant and the housing and communal infrastructure of Miass. As part of the deal, it is planned to modernize EnSera equipment in order to increase its efficiency and meet the growing energy needs of the automobile plant amid the expansion of the production site.[1]"
