History

2017: SAP takes back the claim to Energy Consulting

The Russian representative office of the German company SAP abandoned at the beginning of 2017 claims to the Russian partner integrator — Energy Consulting company — for the amount of p449.3 of one million. At the meeting of Arbitration court of Moscow which took place on April 19, 2017 the representative of SAP CIS LLC demanded to stop proceedings in connection with failure from claim requirements. The court met the requirement of the claimant — trial is stopped^[1].

As it appears from case papers, the considered claim was submitted on March 25, 2016. In it SAP made the requirement to collect from the defendant of p417.7 one million under the agreement of June 30, 2010, one thousand p128 according to the license agreement of February 9, 2012, one million p2.1 according to the license agreement of April 9, 2013 and p517.5 of one thousand under the agreement of April 11, 2007 and also a penalty (in a formulation "for use of someone else's money) in the amount of one million p28.9.

The essence of these agreements and agreements in documents of court is not opened. However right after initiation of proceedings, at the end of March, 2016 the representative of Energy Consulting told Kommersant that the claim belonged to relationship of software maker and the end user. "SAP rendered services of maintenance of software to one of our clients within the tripartite agreement for benefit of the end user" — the interlocutor of the edition noted, without concretizing about whom exactly there is a speech.

2016: The claim from SAP for 449.2 million rubles

On March 31, 2016 it became known that the producer of the corporate software of SAP filed a lawsuit against Energy Consulting. The last as a result of this lawsuit can lose the partner status.

According to the Kommersant newspaper with reference to materials of a card file of arbitration cases, SAP CIS submitted a claim to JSC Energy Consulting Korporeit Ai of Ti of Solutions (enters into Energy Consulting group), requiring to exact from it 449.2 million rubles.

According to the representative of Energy Consulting, the complaint "belongs to relationship of software maker and the end user". About what user there is a speech, it is not specified.

SAP wants to seize 450 million rubles from Energy Consulting

SAP rendered services of maintenance of software to one of our clients within the tripartite agreement for benefit of the end user. If the claim will be considered in court, we, according to contractual conditions, will be forced to submit the corresponding claim towards the end user — reported the edition in Energy Consulting.

Two top managers in IT market to whom Kommersant refers, consider that SAP took legal action due to the lack of Energy Consulting payment for the sold licenses for software of the German vendor. Judging by the amount appearing in the claim, the steel works or Tatneft with which at Energy Consulting close ties is about deliveries of licenses for several thousand jobs so the large company — for example was a customer, the interlocutor of the newspaper noted.

SAP extremely loyally treats the partners, investing in development of their business. But there are cases when we do not have levers for debt collection, except as appeals to arbitration court. We hope for positive resolving the situation in this specific case, but we reserve the right to the protection of the interests — the representative of SAP Tatyana Zvereva reported.[2]

2013: Accession to HLB Russian Group

Energy Consulting becomes the main partner in Russia (Principal Member Firm) of the international auditor network HLB International, enters HLB Russian Group, consolidation of independent member companies HLB in Russia. According to RAEX for 2013, HLB Russian Group is the fourth largest audit and consulting group of the country.

2012: Start of promotion in Russia the eCar EDI platforms

Energy Consulting and the company TENOR sign the partnership agreement about promotion in the Russian market EDI- platforms eCar. Energy Consulting becomes the sole distributor of TENOR in Russia and the CIS countries on provision of services of a subscription to exchange of EDI messages through eCar using the Web EDI and Direct EDI interfaces.

2010: Localization and start of sales in Russia Sage ERP X3

Energy Consulting began to execute complete localization of the solution Sage ERP X3 according to requirements of the Russian legislation, the beginning of sales of a system in Russia.

2009: The agreement with the British Sage on implementation of its ERP systems in Russia

The partnership agreement about cooperation with the British company Sage is signed on implementation and maintenance in Russia and the CIS countries of the ERP system for medium business of Sage ERP X3.

2008: Partner statuses of IBM, Informatica, Websense

The company is called the best partner in project implementation for the biggest customers of SAP in 2007; assignment of the statuses of the Golden partner of Symantec/Altiris, HP, IronPort; obtaining partner statuses of IBM, Informatica, Websense, Fujitsu of Siemens Computers.

2007: Partner statuses Cisco and BMC Software

The agreement on cooperation with the Swedish consulting group Acando in the field of management consulting, system integration and implementation of ERP systems based on SAP and Microsoft is signed; assignment of the statuses of the Golden Microsoft partner, CheckPoint, APC; obtaining partner statuses BMC Software Implementation Partner, Westbury Partner, Cisco; the company is given the status of the local partner of SAP AG - SAP Alliance Service Local Partner; obtaining status SAP Preferred Partner for Oil&Gas.
