Fixed assets are an important asset for most the companies. Ensuring exact control of them is important both for an optimal company performance, and for observance of requirements of the legislation. The solution developed by ERFID company allows to facilitate significantly inventory of fixed assets and also to provide automatic control of their movement.

For example, inventory of the enterprise having on balance of 10000 objects on average requires about 60 man-days. Inventory using barcodes will occupy slightly less – about 15 man-days. At the same time inventory using such methods distracts employees from work for reading of accession numbers from the bottoms of tables, chairs, computers, etc. The solution of ERFID company developed on the basis of RFID technologies allows not only to reduce time of carrying out inventory to one day, but also to perform it, without preventing work of personnel of the company. Besides, there is an opportunity to automatically control fixed asset movement.

Inventory is made by means of the RFID reader. To carry out inventory in one premises, it is enough to pass on it with the reader which automatically considers all tags which got to a field of its action. As the reading speed of tags huge (about 100 pieces per second), the general time necessary for carrying out inventory in one premises depends only on its sizes.

Information obtained from tags automatically is compared to information stored in the accounting system of the company (1C, SAP, Navision, etc.).

Based on inventory a system automatically creates reports – collation sheets, lists of fixed assets in different premises, etc.

For accounting of fixed asset movement the portal RFID readers installed in control points are used. At a bringing of any quantity of the marked objects via the reader, a system automatically determines as where bear, and checks whether it is possible to do it.

If any of objects it is prohibited to carrying out, a system will automatically notify protection. Besides, on the information monitor of a post of protection information on the objects which are carried by via the portal and photos of their owners is displayed that reduces the probability of accidental thefts. Also a system is capable to collect statistics of bringing and carrying out of material values.

Using the manual RFID reader it is also possible to run for search of a specific subject. For example, whether after moving there was a need to find a certain chair the computer. For search it is only enough to select the necessary subject from the program of the mobile reader and to pass with it on offices. The program will give a signal at once as soon as a required object appears in the field of reading.
