In 1949 in Zagreb (Yugoslavia) the Nikola Tesla state company is founded. Within forty years the company conducted uspeshnyu activity both in local market, and beyond its limits.
In 1953 the company signed the partnership agreement with Ericsson.
With the crash of communism and obtaining independence by Croatia, in 1992 the state announced plans of privatization of the company.
In 1994 Ericsson offered the highest price and in 1995 received control in the company.
