Ethos Capital Investors, a private investment company, was incorporated in Delaware on May 14, 2019. Its founder and leader is Eric Brooks, who worked for 20 years at private investment company Abry Partners and left it only in 2019. The business partner of Eric Brooks is Nora Abusitta-Uri, who until 2016 served as senior vice president of ICANN.

2019: Purchase of Public Interest Registry (PIR)
On November 14, 2019, it became known that the international professional organization Internet Society (ISOC) and the investment company Ethos Capital Investors announced a deal in which the Public Interest Registry (PIR), associated with ISOC, will be acquired by Ethos Capital Investors. The amount that ISOC will receive is not disclosed, the transaction is scheduled to be completed in the 1st quarter of 2020. More details here.
