Eurokappa

Eurokappa is one of the first clinics in Moscow which is engaged in own production of elayner (eurokappa) — the transparent systems for alignment of teeth.

For 2018 Eurokappa is a clinic of a business class with new offices, the hi-tech equipment and 12 orthodontists.

Production

While over 90% of the Russian companies in 2018 order a kappa abroad, Eurokappa became one of the few clinics in Russia which started from scratch own production with laboratory for 3D - modeling in Zelenograd. Thanks to it the company solved two problems of many domestic clinics at once: the long period of delivery of elayner — up to 2 months — and the inflated price of treatment because of logistic overpayments.

In 2018 at the heart of production — 3D Systems printers with an accuracy of printing up to 28 micrometers (0.028 mm). Eurokappa makes a kappa of the certified Duran biopolymer which is delivered in clinic by the German company Sheu Dental. On 2018 functioning of laboratory is ensured by more than ten specialists: engineers, technologists and supervisors. These people know everything as annually there take place prestigious training in laboratories of the USA about elayner.

History

2018: Delivery agreement of Structo 3D-printers

In 2018 in Eurokappa the production process occupies no more than seven working days. Thanks to it the company states leadership in Moscow by the number of the patients undergoing treatment by caps in one clinic. However by the end of 2018 the company is going to expand production — Eurokappa already signed the agreement with Structo company on delivery of 3D-printers which differ in higher print speed. Hardware upgrade will allow to reduce production time to five working days is a record for the Russian market.

At this time in the company say that the cost of orthodontic treatment in Eurokappa is on average twice lower in comparison with other clinics of Moscow.

In 2018 the company develops plans of start of partner projects in Samara, Krasnodar, Kazan and in other large cities of the country.

2016: Start of laboratory on production a cap in Zelenograd

In 2016 Eurokappa opened own hi-tech laboratory on production of elayner in Zelenograd. At the heart of production — 3D Systems printers with an accuracy of printing up to 28 micrometers (0.028 mm).

2014: Studying of the international experience and self-produced preparation cap

Till 2008 3D - modeling which is applied at treatment by elayner was not used in Russia as it was affected still by patent rights. But as soon as the technology appeared in the local market, at once occupied a niche of a premium segment and was available to people only with the high level of income.

Eurokappa solved radically to change this situation and to considerably reduce the cost of the innovation treatment. In Russia approximately at 60% of the population of a problem with a zubochelyustny system which demand orthodontic treatment.

Initially the Eurokappa command totaled only 9 people — professionals. Employees visited more than 20 largest dental clinics of the world to get acquainted with trends in orthodontic treatment and also to pick up the best technologies.

The company rented the small premises on the outskirts of Moscow, bought a basic hardware, selected technical specialists and engineers and began to make an eurokappa. Special attention was paid on qualification of the personnel. Gradually in Eurokappa implemented the same equipment, technologies and the software which apply the leading orthodontic clinics of the world in production.
