Founded in 1995, the Association of European Businesses (AEB) is an independent non-profit organization that unites more than 500 European and Russian companies. AEB members are multinational corporations and small and medium-sized businesses. All of them are united by their commitment to strengthening economic ties between the EU and Russia, as well as the desire to improve the investment climate of the Russian Federation.
The AEB includes 65 committees, sub-committees and working groups that are engaged in lobbying a wide range of issues in various areas of business, including power, customs and transport, air transportation, legislation, taxation, banking sector, real estate, production of plant protection products and many others. These committees work closely with the European and Russian authorities, and also actively offer their comments and changes to the draft laws of the Russian Federation.
The Association of European Businesses (established in 1995) is an independent non-commercial organisation that represents and promotes the interests of European companies conducting business in and with the Russian Federation.
The AEB carries out activities to improve the Russian business and trade environment and to promote economic integration and partnership between the Russian Federation and the European Union.
