Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSVTS of Russia)

The FSVTS of Russia makes decisions:

• on the import of military products into and out of the Russian Federation in accordance with the procedure established by the President of the Russian Federation;

• on the issuance of licenses to the subjects of military-technical cooperation in accordance with the established procedure for the import into the Russian Federation and the export of military products from it;

• on granting in accordance with the established procedure by the authorization of the President of the Russian Federation to organizations - developers and manufacturers of military products the right to carry out foreign trade activities in relation to military products in terms of, concerning the supply of spare parts, units, assemblies, devices, components, special, training and auxiliary equipment, technical documentation for previously delivered military products, carrying out work on examination, reference, extension of the operation period, maintenance, repair, including with modernization, disposal and other work, providing comprehensive service for previously delivered military products, as well as training foreign specialists in the performance of these works;

• on the deprivation in accordance with the established procedure of the named organizations of the specified right with the sending of information about this to the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation;

• on the organization of exhibitions and screenings of military products in the Russian Federation and in foreign countries in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
