2025: Construction of a plant for the production of printed circuit boards for 10 billion rubles in the Khabarovsk Territory
On November 21, 2025, during a visit to Khabarovsk the delegation consisting of representatives and Ministry of Industry and Trade Russia ВЭБ.РФ FineLine, an agreement was reached on the implementation of a major investment project to organize the production of printed circuit boards (PCL). The site for the location of the new enterprise is the territory of advanced development (TOP) "Khabarovsk" in the "Rakitnoye" area.
This was reported by the Khabarovsk TV channel. According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the region, the implementation of the project will require about 10 billion rubles of investment and will create approximately 400 new jobs. The production is planned to be delivered to the design capacity three years after the start of construction work.
The project is being implemented with the support of the government of the Khabarovsk Territory in line with the execution of the instructions of Governor Dmitry Demeshin aimed at the development of high-tech industries and the electronic industry, as well as in accordance with the goals of the Charter of Technological Sovereignty and Import Substitution Policy.
Within the framework of the project, it is planned to use the competencies of local enterprises, including manufacturers of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and electronic equipment.
And about. Minister of Industry and Trade of the Territory Timur Samatov stressed the importance of organizing production, the products of which are in demand in various sectors of industry. This will make it possible to get "a multiplier effect in the form of job creation, additional tax revenues and industrial development in the field of technological infrastructure and information security," Samatov commented.
Following the visit, the parties decided to form a "roadmap," which will establish specific steps and areas of responsibility for launching the project. An investor, ВЭБ.РФ, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the government of the Khabarovsk Territory and KRDV Khabarovsk JSC will be involved in this work. [1]
