Financial standard

In 2014 the RAEX rating agency (RAEX) appropriated to CB Finansovy standart (LLC) credit rating of A "High Level of Solvency", the third subtotal. The forecast for rating - "stable".

In June, 2016 the Central Bank revoked the license from the Moscow bank "Financial Standard". The regulator decided to apply a last resort of influence to Financial Standard in connection with non-execution by the organization of federal laws and regulations of Central Bank. Bank placed money in low-quality assets and did not create reserves in relation to risks.

Because of unsatisfactory quality of assets which did not promote sufficient profit the bank did not provide timely obligation fulfillment before creditors. The Central Bank also detected complete loss of the capital and also participation of "The financial standard" in doubtful transit transactions.
