FOLIO was established in May 1993. It specializes in the development, implementation and maintenance of warehouse, logistics, financial, management programs and corporate information systems (CIS) for the automation of trade and production.
The company has developed a well-known corporate information system (CIS) "FOLIO Merchant." This software package is designed to automate accounting in production, trade and responsible storage warehouses. The Moscow company FOLIO specializes in the development, implementation and maintenance of warehouse, logistics, financial and management programs for the automation of trade and production. The programs use modern Microsoft SQL Server databases. Data Base when used in no more than 5 client locations are free according to Microsoft policy.
The CIS system has a modular structure that allows its application:
- in large corporations with complex management structure and many geographically separate subdivisions
- in small enterprises that are developing dynamically.
The software modules of the KIS "FOLIO" Merchant "system allow you to solve:

History
2007: Folio became part of the Incotex holding
Folio Group of Companies, a developer of software for automation of accounting in trade, warehouse and production, became a part of the Incotex holding, the main activity of which is the production and maintenance of various electronic equipment products (including KKM).
The group of companies expects to use the capabilities of the regional partner network "Incotex" to distribute and support their software, and also plans to "run" new circulation ERP solutions at the enterprises of the holding itself.
According to representatives of Folio, already within the holding it is planned to create a number of ERP solutions for wholesale and retail enterprises and for production companies. The general hardware and software solution will be implemented on the basis of the existing complex of Folio Kupets programs and cash registers produced by the holding. In addition, Folio intends to improve support for its programs through cooperation with the extensive partner network Incotex in the regions and strengthening its own consulting group.
The decision to join the Folio group of companies into the Incotex holding was made on the basis of seven years of cooperation experience, which included, among other things, automation of the holding's own accounting. The company intends to maintain the same practice in the future, and new circulation software and hardware developments will have to be tested and tested at numerous enterprises of the holding. It is planned to be the first to prepare solutions for automation of retail (programs for POS terminals and fiscal registrars), logistics processes (storage warehouses and supply chain management) and production.
As a basis for the release of a joint solution, it is planned to use a new version of the software product "Folio WinWarehouse 11.NET," which is intended for use by holdings and large firms, including production enterprises with especially large amounts of information processed daily and a complex process of ordering goods for the client, requiring prompt tracking of planned and actual indicators.
