Football National League (FNL)

The FNL integrates professional football clubs of the Russian Federation of the first division, at the request of the All-Russian public organization "Football Union of Russia" (further – the Football Union of Russia or RFU) performs holding the All-Russian competitions in soccer among professional football clubs of the first division, coordinates sports and an organizational management activity of professional football clubs of the Russian Federation of the first division and other relations between them and also performs other activity according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA), the Charter of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), the Charter of the Football Union of Russia (FUR), other regulating documents of these organizations and the Charter of FNL.
