History

2024: Plan of a residential project for 1.5 million square meters in the Leningrad region near Peterhof

More and more developers are entering the Leningrad region, which is in stable demand. In May 2024, it became known that Glorax plans to implement a large-scale comfort-class residential project there for more than 1.5 million "squares."

For these purposes, the company bought 174 hectares in the village of Mikhailovka, near Krasnoye Selo in the Leningrad Region.

There will be a small city with 28,000 apartments or 952,000 square meters. m, as well as all the infrastructure (schools, kindergartens, etc.).

The market value of the site, according to Vedomosti, is estimated at 7-8 billion rubles. To implement a large-scale residential project, about 100 billion rubles will be required.

This place will be interesting to buyers due to the historical environment, in particular, Peterhof is not far away.

2022

For all the time of its work, GloraX has commissioned a number of projects with a total area of ​ ​ 630 thousand square meters (data at the end of October 2022).

The geography of the company's activities covers several regions: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Leningrad Region and Nizhny Novgorod.

As of November 1, 2022, the company's portfolio includes 12 projects, 7 of which are under active construction. The project portfolio is 4.1 million square meters. GloraX Land Bank has 6 million sq.m. As of 2022, more than 400 thousand square meters of real estate are in the active stage of construction.
