Based on a competition of the Government of Moscow on implementation of the "Information Support of Activity of the Uniform Information Calculating Centers" automated control system (EIRTs ACS) held in 2006, Gorinfotekh Center LLC signed the investment contract for implementation of an ACS of EIRTs and provision of services of an ACS of EIRTs in the city of Moscow.

Already today our EIRTs ACS information payment system is successfully implemented and ensures functioning of GU IC in the capital of Russia.

Center Gorinfotekh LLC constantly develops hardware and software system ACS EIRTs. Developers of Centra Gorinfotekh LLC complement a system with the new analytical modules considering changes in the legislation in the field of housing and communal services of Moscow and allowing to carry out monitoring of a situation to housing and public utilities of the capital of Russia by a set of various parameters.

Information system ACS EIRTs is in permanent development. The information system providing collecting and accounting of user requirements on the basis of which changes are made is unrolled. At development of an information system the most modern techniques are applied.

Now the size of the EIRTs ACS database is several terabyte. It functions on the most modern equipment – high-performance and reliable RISC servers of production of IBM.

The network system of storage provides the high level of reliability, fault tolerance and scalability. This solution allows to expand continuously the volume of the stored data and to provide depth of historical data for decades.
