2025: Hotel Opening
On December 11, 2025, Akvavita (part of the Izhevsk developer UDS group) received permission to commission the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Perm. The project cost amounted to approximately 2.5 billion rubles. The permit for commissioning of the facility is confirmed by an entry in the corresponding register.
According to Kommersant, the implementation of the project to create a new Hampton by Hilton hotel complex of the 4-5 star category has been underway since 2021. The 15-story hotel building, designed for 130 rooms, is being built on 14 Okulova Street on the site of the former Telta Palace of Culture. The facility's infrastructure includes a conference room, fitness center, spa area and gastroclaster.
The key feature of the hotel complex will be the Komi-Permyak kitchen restaurant "TÖB" (translated from Komi-Permyatsky - "Wind"). As Perm food blogger Alexei Papulov said in his Telegram channel, the interior of the institution is made with elements of the Perm animal style, copper and mosaics with folklore motifs. Interior designers conducted an expedition through the Perm Territory to search for references. Representatives of the UDS developer explained that the concept deliberately departed from standard solutions in favor of local cultural code.
According to Alexey Papulov, the hotel gastroclaster, in addition to "TÖB," will include the Tehnikum gastrobistro with a summer terrace from White Rabbit Family and the panoramic Italian restaurant Uilliam's on the top floor.
According to representatives of UDS, the first stage of the construction of the Hampton by Hilton hotel is already coming to an end: the design of public areas, the installation of engineering systems are being carried out. The completion of the construction of the administrative and business center (second stage) is scheduled for the end of 2026.
According to the publication Business Class, the developer's plans include the improvement of the adjacent territory, including the creation of a fountain near the N.V. Gogol Garden and an observation deck with a ledge over the Kama. The co-investors of the project are Perm Territory, Russian Railways and UDS group.[1]
