ADV shareholders filed a lawsuit against Dmitry Korobkov in this regard in order to restore corporate control. The transfer of Havas Media was a condition of the transaction on the sale of the share by Dmitry Korobkov to the current shareholders of ADV, he has not yet fulfilled this obligation. 2013: MPG Russia renamed Havas Media Russia

As part of the global restructuring of brands included in Havas Media Group (represented in Russia by MPG, Arena Magic Box, Havas Sports & Entertainment and Havas Digital), the MPG Russia media agency has been renamed Havas Media Russia since March 2013.
