2022: Cherkizovo bought Healthy Farm

The agro-industrial complex Mikhailovsky, part of the Cherkizovo Group of Companies, bought the Healthy Farm group from the Trust non-core assets bank for 4.03 billion rubles. The results of the auction on December 20, 2022 were reported by Interfax with reference to the website of the organizer of the auction, the Russian Auction House.

The lot included 100% shares in the authorized capital of Healthy Farm LLC TD Healthy Farm, Uralbroiler JSC, Ural Meat Company LLC, Healthy Farm Group LLC, Healthy Delicatessen Farm LLC. In addition, the lot included the rights of the Trust and the Komsomolskaya poultry farm to these legal entities for a total of 3.43 billion rubles.

Healthy Farm Group of Companies, according to its own data, by December 2022, the ode occupies 30% of the poultry market in the Chelyabinsk Region. The group has a production capacity of 100,000 tons of broilers in slaughter weight. The lot also includes processing 18,000 tons of products and a feed mill for 240,000 tons.

Thus, poultry production is represented by Argayash and Kunashak poultry farms in the Chelyabinsk region and Komsomolskaya poultry farm in the Perm Territory; pig breeding - "Rodnikovsky pig complex," meat processing - processing plant "Healthy delicatessen farm," feed production - feed mill in the Chelyabinsk region and Rezhevsky feed mill in the Sverdlovsk region.
