Hydropower of Russia

The Hydropower of Russia non-profit partnership is the only thing in Russia professional association of hydropower engineering specialists. A main objective of activity of NP Gidroenergetika Rossii is increase in efficiency and reliability of a hydropower complex of the Russian Federation by coordination of activity of the hydropower enterprises, agreed decision of the arising problems and representation of interests of the industry at the state and international level. Now the largest companies of the country exploiting the HEPS, such as JSC RusHydro, JSC Irkutskenergo, JSC Krasnoyarsk Hydroelectric Power Station, JSC Generation Company, JSC Yakutskenergo, JSC Boguchansky Hydroelectric Power Station and others are a part of Partnership. Members of Partnership operate 70 hydroelectric power stations of Russia.
