2016: i-Sys received licenses from FSTEC of Russia
i-Sys, the developer of the DocTrix platform, received in the fall of 2016 indefinite licenses from the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia (FSTEC) for activities for the technical protection of confidential information and for the development and production of means for protecting confidential information.
According to FSTEC licenses, i-Sys has accepted the authority to provide services for monitoring the protection of confidential information from unauthorized access and leakage through technical channels, conduct certification tests, design protective premises and informatization tools, as well as install, test and repair IPS.
Now i-Sys can provide comprehensive protection for the company's main solutions, including the DocTrix Platform business process automation platform, DocTrix Docflow electronic document management system and mobile applications that help company employees be productive and not break out of the workflow.
The obtained licenses confirm that i-Sys meets all the necessary requirements for the protection of confidential information: it has qualified personnel in this area of activity; certified protected room and automated system for performance of works; production equipment and information security controls; a complete set of up-to-date technical documentation, national standards and methodological documents.
Technical protection of confidential information in Russia is subject to mandatory licensing in accordance with Article 12 of the Federal Law "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities" No. 99-FZ of 04.05.2011. The functions of licensing and scheduled inspections are carried out by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control - FSTEC of Russia. The authorized body also provides license applicants and licensees with methodological assistance during the preparation and during the examination of licensed materials.
