History
2011
As of March 2011, InSAT had experience in creating systems both for accounting for energy resources (electricity, heat, water, gas) and for accounting for the consumption of material resources of all types (liquids, gases and bulk substances) during the technological process.
As a rule, the system of technical accounting within the enterprise is combined with the system of commercial accounting for settlements with external resource suppliers and is the first step towards the construction of an integrated dispatching system of the enterprise.
According to InSAT, the used software and hardware solutions based on proprietary software and standard data collection cabinets provide the possibility of linear scaling of the system from one metering unit to the full coverage of an enterprise of any size.
As of March 2011, accounting systems were introduced and operated at such large enterprises as the Olkhovatsky Sugar Mill (holding) Prodimex , the Balakovsky Argon Plant and a number of others.
The system is designed to take into account the gases used in production (natural gas and oxygen), but is initially designed to expand the tasks to be solved in any direction of automation and dispatching of the enterprise required by the customer, they told InSAT.
2010
In 2010, the company positioned itself as a developer and integrator of automated process control systems in various industries. InSAT supplied a range of equipment and programs for industrial automation, OPC servers, development of OPC servers to order, development and supply of controller programming systems and SoftPLC kits, development and delivery of SCADA packages.
