In May, 2016 NICE Systems company, the strategic partner of DIS Group in the field of solutions for optimization of client service, announced purchase of inContact company. Transaction amount is about 940 million dollars. It is expected that the transaction will be closed until the end of 2016.
The joint solution NICE and inContact will represent completely integrated solution for contact centers on the Contact Center as a Service model (CCaaS), integrated with the rich of a possibility of optimization of work. The market of the services and solutions working on service model is fast-growing in this connection purchase of inContact is for NICE a timely step for gaining the new markets and new clients.
