Indaspace is a Russian service for booking jobs and socializing employees in hybrid offices. The platform helps companies that are moving to a hybrid mode of operation plan for the placement of employees in the office and save on its content. Reservation of meeting rooms, work and parking spaces is carried out through the application. Due to the socialization functions, employees can arrange a meeting in the office, search among colleagues for specialists with the necessary expertise or interests, synchronize with HR and a mentor during the onboarding process.

History

2022: Service raised 6 million rubles

On May 18, 2022, it became known about the investment of 6 million rubles in IndaSpace. Maxim Spiridonov, founder of Netology Group and Digital Dolina, has invested in the startup. The funds received a service for finding negotiation and jobs to spend on accelerating business growth in Russia and entering foreign markets, as well as on marketing and product development. Previously, the company developed at the expense of the founders.

According to the terms of the deal, Spiridonov received a minority stake in the company and became its advisor. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the entrepreneur's share in Space Software LLC (IndaSpace legal entity) is 16% (by May 18, 2022).

IndaSpace has more than 30 large customers, including Skyeng, Xsolla and Magnit (by May 2022).

2020: Founding of the company

IndaSpace was founded in mid-2020 by Artem Vasenin, Andrey Chernikov and Dmitry Kiryukhin.
